Too many people want instant results......I like to call it drive through fitness, we have drive through everything else why not fitness?? BECAUSE IT TAKES TIME!!
I see many people that train for a few weeks , don't see the massive results they are looking for so they give up, when it takes longer than just a few weeks to form a habit.
Once fitness becomes a habit and we begin to enjoy it.....along come results.
